LEA Recrutement is actively looking for  a  dynamic and  experienced Administrative and Financial Manager m/f  to join its client, a major player in the  construction sector .

As RAF, you will be the true strategic partner of management, providing sound advice and  ensuring the administrative and financial management of the company .
You will also be  responsible for managing  teams, both transversally and hierarchically.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your missions:

  • Ensure accounting integrity and compliance of financial reports according to legal standards for the entire group,
  • Actively manage cash flow and evaluate variations compared to forecast budgets,
  • Lead compensation processes within the HR department, including salaries and bonuses, and coordinate interactions between management and accounting,
  • Contribute to the development of management procedures and key indicators for precise analysis of activity and effective reporting to management, thus promoting better business management,
  • Participate in the administrative and financial monitoring of projects in cooperation with the operations director and the manager of pricing studies and commercial development.

Description de votre profil

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Bac + 5 level diploma  in Accounting/Management  or equivalent experience, with significant experience  of 5 to 10 years in a similar position ,
  • Knowledge  appreciated in the  legal field ,
  • Excellent command of  accounting principles and management control ,
  • Strong  team management and  management skills ,
  • Good  knowledge of the construction  sector   and its legal framework is a major asset,
  • Mastery of IT tools, in particular  Excel and Power BI  type databases  ,
  • Relational ease  and team spirit ,
  • Flexibility and  ability  to evolve in a  constantly evolving environment ,
  • Reliability, seriousness and autonomy in work,
  • Strength of proposal  and ability to question practices to improve processes,
  • Work capacity and commitment.
